I had a technician come out because my garage door opener stopped working. I called and was able to have someone out a few hours later. The technician diagnosed the issue within minutes and i had a new belt drive opener installed the same day. In less than an hour! Very kind and explained each step of the way. No hidden fees.

I was able to schedule an appointment in two days, the technician was prompt and was very well equipped. I had used Precisions services a few years ago and Anthony was sent that time too. He diagnosed the problems, fixed the door in about twenty minutes. The service was great. Will use Precision again the next time. They are very professional.

Have used precision twice now. One to have a new garage door installed and today a new garage door opener. Today I had Anthony he was extremely knowledgeable and very polite. He worked quickly and even answered my questions all while working. He was done quickly, cleaned everything up and put back everything in its place. I used Home Advisor late on a Saturday and was sent several approved contractors. Precision called me early Sunday and sent out a service repairman Sunday. He was on time, professional and did a great job. I would recommend this company to anyone. Their fee was very reasonable

Fast. When I called for service at 7 a.m. to have a broken spring replaced they told me they could have a technician out within two hours. John came on time, and was professional and friendly. He inspected my entire door and informed me of a few issues and the cost to repair them but wasn't pushy at all.

At 9:30 this morning I began a search to pick out a company who could service our garage door. I found your company and after reviewing all the positive customer comments, my decision was made. Only two hours later Anthony arrived and did a fabulous job of making our door better than like-new condition. Really... before, when the door was raised, it sounded like the proverbial freight train. Now, with the new belt drive it's so-o-o quiet. Anthony also inspected the whole mechanism and found one badly frayed cable and he replaced both of them. No worries now that I won't find a cockeyed door than won't open or close. In one word, Anthony and your company were GREAT!
