I chose Precision because of several prior positive experiences with their customer service as well as the professionalism of the service technicians. I liken my service experience(s) to that of calling a close friend [in the professional field] to come help you with a project that you know you'd otherwise regret undertaking. Precision is more about customer service and customer satisfaction than their profit margin. My problem this time was the light on my opener was not illuminating or operating properly, as it was an integrated LED. I called for service and was told that it would be a $75 service call fee, to be waived if my total bill exceeded $100. I agreed. Zoran Jovanovic came about twenty minutes earlier than scheduled and worked some kind of magic in the course of about twenty minutes, and convinced the light to act right. Several hours later, I received an email containing the invoice for the service call. I was all set to pay my $75 fee; when to my dismay, I was presented with an invoice indicating that the service call was gratis. CAN'T BEAT THAT! THANKS PRECISION... ~RegE

First, I appreciated the fact that Precision was open for estimating and scheduling on a Saturday. The work was scheduled for Monday and the technician Al was on time and worked very efficiently. He replaced the springs within a half hour and was very professional. Overall, a very pleasant experience with Precision from beginning to end. I highly recommend.

My garage door was stuck. I could not park my wife's car in the garage nor use my car. I entered the garage through the house and disconnected the lift and attempted to lift the door and couldn't budge it. I checked online and found that Precision offered 24/7 availability and since it was after hours I called. Your technician Paul responded and said he would come first thing in the morning. When I explained my situation further, instead of sitting down to dinner, he said he will be right over. The lift spring was broken, among other issues, which he repaired in a professional manner.. He could not have been more pleasant and helpful.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used this company including replacing broken springs and this opener replacement and both experiences were excellent. Zoran provided me extremely good service. First of all, he called me on Friday to let me know exactly when he planned to arrive. He diagnosed the problem immediately, quoted a cost to repair, and upon my approval, completed the work in a very short time period. Afterward, he synced my automobiles to the garage door opener, which is a real convenience to me. He also gave me a cost to install the new weather-stripping, which was completed on Saturday morning. The new material looks great. Thank you Zoran. The new perimeter stripping really makes my garage look better, and will function well against inclement weather, Chuck Sieving PS - New sensors and weather-stripping were purchased and installed, but they were not listed below under "new products."

Upon calling the company I was directed immediately to a customer rep and she set up my service tech to come to my house and diagnose my problem. Bill Adamini was our service tech, knowledgeable, personable and efficient. Came in and diagnosed the problem and made recommendations to correct the problem and minimize the possibility of future problems. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and was willing to talk through my options before making a decision. Overall an excellent experience and I would recommend the company, especially Bill, to any one that has garage door issues

I used the online tech chat to make my appointment on a cold weekday evening, very convenient. I was able to make an appointment for a time that worked around my schedule, also very convenient. The tech, Dave, was knowledgable and personable. He was able to identify my problem and repair both of my garage doors in a very timely manner. Called at 5:30pm, repairman arrived at 7:00pm, repairs completed by 8:00pm. Outstanding! Zoran (repairman ) was terrific. Everything was explained thoroughly and repairs (spring and rollers ) were completed promptly. I couldn't be more satisfied. Evening hours is a great plus! I would recommend Precision to anyone. I am very displeased with your company. Your man when he arrived did nothing to even consider a repair on the door but wanted to replace a bunch of parts and make it a $750 repair, when in my opinion the door the hinge could be replaced and the door would be in fine working condition., I will never recommend your company to anyone.
