Our torsion spring broke and I found an online ad for Precision Door Service. I am very happy that I called. Paul Put in new springs and bearings and adjusted our door opener for smooth operation in an hour. He was very nice and efficient. Couldn’t be happier with the job he did.

My technician was Zoran. He gave me a courtesy call before coming out and then once he arrived he assessed everything for me after I informed him of my issues with the garage door. The sales/service were top notch. Each replacement part was explained professionally and in detail by Dave and with him going thru the safety check helped make the spring, rollers, etc replacement easier to understand. The lifetime warranty doesn't hurt either. Thanks, nice job.

The spring on my garage door broke. Found Precision on the web. Paul came to the house (on time), took 5 min to inspect it, then offered 3 options for me to look at on a smart pad. He replaced most of the hardware and my Genie opener from the early 70's. Did a 1st rate job and was done in under 2 hrs. What a difference. Very smooth and quite now. Highly recommend Precision. Very modern business practices, organized and Professional workmanship.
