Once in awhile you find a service person who treats your job as if it were his own home. Paul Broschk did just that. He was professional, pleasant, diagnosed the problem right away, and gave me a couple options to fix the problem. 5 Stars again! My home had a bargain basement replacement door when I purchased it. Last year had to get those cheap cables and rollers replaced. Technician cautioned me to get my one spring replaced with two telling me it would only be a matter of time. Well... He was right! Call at 10 pm and they were out by 11 the next day. Great service. My advice? It might make sense to replace a low quay door with a new one! Of course, do it with Precision!

Arrived next day and repaired our overhead door raiser track in one hour new materials included. John also strengthened the ceiling motor hanger for free, adjusted/greased the raiser track, explained everything clear and enthusiastic. Six stars out of five!

Holy smokes. Anthony Wise is my hero. Our garage door was stuck open about 2' on one side and shut tight on the other. It still needs replaced, but this dude stuck around, crawled on the ground, and helped me heft it into place. Then he got it working while we wait for the new one. My man was sweaty, dirty, and spent probably an hour getting it in working shape. Fan and customer for life. AnthonyWise 2020.

The best I can say is that my garage door is now working. They refused to honor a $10 coupon in the yellow pages in a slimy way- they acknowledged on invoice but never deducted the amount- which is false advertising. They also try to sell you more than you need.

My old garage door started shuddering, jerking and making an awful sound when opening, so it was time for a new opener, so I called Precision. Paul arrived promptly on time, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and got us a new opener installed in no time. The new opener is almost *too* quiet.
