I just had a minor concern but they got me in the same day and then my technician, Paul Broschk, called and asked if he could come earlier. Great customer service and the work done was fantastic. I ended up going with a new Liftmaster door opener and Paul was so professional and thorough when describing my options. I would give ten stars and recommend this company to everyone I know.

I am extremely disappointed in this company. Charged me $65 for a service call to tell me I needed an entire new garage door opener because it was a Genie. Also upsold a $500 unit and told me my garage door needed to be rebalanced for a total of $1000!!!! Thank god my neighbor told me to call his person. The gentleman came out and fixed the trolly that was broke and tightened the tension in the door for......$100. WOW if I could give this company a negative star for 10 mins and my wallet $65 lighter to basically do nothing I would. I would not recommend this company to anyone.......

Aaron - Thank you for reviewing our recent visit to your home. We regret that we did not agree on the proper resolution for your door problems. After inspecting your door and opener, we determined that your opener problems were due to weak springs on your garage door. This is a very common problem. When we conducted the balance test, your door would not balance which meant that your opener is lifting too much weight. The answer to weak springs is not to add more tension to worn out springs, although less knowledgeable competitors do it frequently. Unfortunately, when your spring was tightened, it's life span was shortened even more. We regret that the proper repairs in your garage exceeded your budget.

The service I received was second to none and was on Sunday 11/20. Bill was my technician and was prompt and courteous. He completed the job quickly and he even came back to make an adjustment on my door the same night. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone experiencing garage door issues.

One garage door spring broke. Both were replaced. Even though it was Sunday, Bill arrived right on time. He said the repair would take 25 minutes and it did. He took extra time to show places that needed to be lubricated, which we did immediately after he was done. He also calibrated a keypad that was not working properly. He explained that he is required to show 3 different options, but this was not very positively reported on Angie's List so we were prepared to deal with it. We paid over $400 which seems a little high, but it was worth it to get such quick and amiable service. We hope Bill gets recognized for his ability, positive attitude and his years of experience.
