The technician, Paul, was very professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He came in evaluated the situation and gave us two (2) options to resolve our problem along with the cost involved. Paul had all the parts need to fix our garage door, got right to work and completed the job in the time he told us.

Our technician,Greg, came just when he was supposed to. He gave us three options to repair the spring that had broken. He explained everything in detail and left the decision to us without being pushy. As it turned out, we ended up replacing the garage door opener. When he was finished, he explained how everything worked and asked if we had any other questions. Never rushed us. Great worker!

Technician John Franks arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested good, better, best approach to fixing the problem. He explained the cost of each option. We chose the best option which comes with a lifetime warranty. John said it would take an hour to complete the work and he actually was done quicker than that. The door is working perfectly now.

called them to repair my garage door, the tech. was john, he came out on time,explained what he was going to do and how much it would cost.during the repair he noticed the bearings were getting worn. he said there not shot buy should be replaced rather soon.after the repair was done john lubed the chain,oiled the hinges and readjusted the door stops.top notch tech and company..highly recomended
