Anthony Wise arrived on time replaced the rollers and gave a full inspection. He found all was in order. He provided no pressure, but nicely provided information about your larger program and life-time warranty. He was a true professional. Though I have called this a "repair" it was a part replacement using a better roller as part of an Angie's List best buy. Anthony even provided advice as to when and how to lubricate parts.

I had a number of things done to one of my garage doors. The main remote box, sensors, rollers, remote controls, etc. Paul was very helpful and explained everything well, replaced/repaired and cleaned up afterward. I am VERY happy with my now Quiet door which seems to be working very well. I can now see why Precision, as well as Paul, got top reviews.
