Really great work scheduled between 8 to 10. He called me at 7:56 said he would be here at 8:10. Came at 8:10. Fixed my spring in about 35 mins and we were done before 9am if i ever have a problem again i know how I am calling

Gregg came to the house on time and diagnosed the issue quickly and efficiently ..new sensors (that another vendor had previously removed that disabled the unit) and a new remote control were purchased and installed....will definitely be the call when needed in the future. I last used Precision in 2018, and they are just as prompt, efficient and expert as evert. Quickly came out to fix rodent damage to my garage door wiring, relubed the gears and got everything in working order. I highly recommend them.

Called at 9 A/M on Saturday, July 3rd. Pricisions tech arrived at 11:30. Repaired two doors, one of which hadn't opened in years, in about an hour, at a price much lower than I expected. Four other company's took messages and never returned my calls.
