The person who took the initial phone call could have told me to change batteries in controllers, and in outside keypad, which probably would have solved the problem. Essentially I paid $65. For a few minutes of service and won’t be calling you to do the cables and springs when they go if I have to pay another service charge. Service man gets 5 stars, your billing system gets zero.

The customer service representatives that handle phone calls are not certified trained technicians. Therefore, we would never want them to offer any kind of advice on how to evaluate or repair a customer's garage door/opener. Their job is to get your information, and schedule to have a trained technician come out to your home and provide the necessary resolutions. The service fee you were charged is a standard fee that covers having that certified trained technician come out in a fully stocked van ready to solve your issues. I got lucky and called the best. The spring broke on our garage door late Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning I searched the internet and called Precision. Their technician, Zoran, was here in about an hour and 45 minutes later the spring was fixed and Zoran gave me several tips on how to maintain my garage door for longer life and smoother operation. To say I am satisfied is an under statement. Great job and thanks very much!

Outstanding service. Springs and cables broke Saturday night and garage door could not open. Called around 8 pm and asked if they could get someone over before Monday morning. They had a tech to my house by noon on Sunday and he was in and out quickly addressing my problem. Upfront pricing so I knew what I was signing up for and the tech was super nice and cleaned up nicely after as well. I had Bill stop by, would recommend him to any future customers. Will be doing business with this company in the future!

I saw you on the internet, and liked that you had service available when I needed it. My garage door was off the track. When I called to set up service, the person I talked was friendly and helpful, and setting the app't up was fast and simple. When Andrew (the tech) called to see if he could come a little early, I was very happy, and really happy when he came. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and clearly explained what he thought was best for me, and why. He was done in less time then he estimated, and then he showed me what exactly he had done. My door hasn't operated so quietly in years. The next time I need any kind of service on the door or opener, I will certainly call Precision, and will recommend you to friends and family.

Paul is outstanding. He arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. After he thoroughly explained everything I decided on a new opener. He installed it that day, went over everything and even helped me open and use the app. I usually get 3 estimates for something like this, but Paul isn't a high pressure sales person and I felt so confident that I decided immediately. Glad I did because I love my new opener. Wish all technicians were like this! Not always easy for a single lady.

Anthony was right on time (8am) and very courteous. Replaced the broken spring and suggested a overhaul on the door(which we did not do at this time). He did point out and show me the bad rollers which we had him replace. There was no hard sell on other services which I really appreciate, nothing turns me off more then feeling pressured to buy other services. We will definitely have Precision back. Thanks

We had a broken garage door spring. Once the Serviceman came out he suggested to replace 2 springs because the other one could go bad at any time. He suggested to replace the bearings and also the cables because they looked old. Total price would be$628.00. He was concerned that we could have a problem in the near future. I appreciated his input but declined to replace anything that was not broken. The replacement of the one spring fixed our problem.

Was told my appointment would be between 12 and 2pm. Will got there early he made a phone call to see if it was ok and i happily obliged. He was very informed and honest and by the time he was done my garage door never sounded so good. Job was somewhat pricey but well worth it afterwards. Will definitely use these guys again if needed.
