Amazingly professional gentleman came and completely replaced my garage door opener system in 40 minutes and went beyond the call of service by programming everything that needed programmed. The price was reasonable but the attention to detail and clear communication from Bill will ensure this company I didn’t know until today will be my go to! Thank you!

I called Precision yesterday afternoon and they set up an appointment for this morning at 8:00 AM. Anthony arrived right on time and was courteous and professional. I showed him our garage door which was rusting and also had some other damage that could potentially be dangerous if left untouched. Anthony programmed our autos so that we can open the garage door without additional remotes as we only were given one remote from the prior owners of the home. Anthony also hooked up the garage door opener keypad to the outside for easy access. We looked at garage doors and picked one that will be installed upon arrival. I couldn't be happier with Precision or with Anthony. There was no hard sell whatsoever and I felt that the price was fair with no additional charge for the work done today. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Called Precision first thing this morning. Bianca carefully took down my info,my remote wasn't working right and the inside remote either. John Frank's called to let me know he could come earlier. He arrived,asked me a few questions and proceeded to check things out. My door sensors were loose. He fixed that did a maintenance check. I was really impressed with the service. John was informative and knew what was needed. I will keep Precision and John Frank's in mind for future repairs. Thank you ????

John Franks was very professional, very knowledgeable, very competent, and very friendly. I can't recommend him and this company enough. He came out, took a look at my issue (my old unit was finished...), went through my options, and installed a new unit - far better than the existing installation - all in under 2 hours. The price seemed fair, but the workmanship was exceptional. You don't find quality service like this these days. It was refreshing. Thanks John!

I feel I was totally price gouged. Not only did i not get what I paid for with the groupon I purchased for tune up and new rollers installed for $99, Ended up, I needed a hinge. For a simple hinge I was charged $25, explanation I was given was inflation. I highly doubt it was new inventory. Even though it was a little thing, it shows me a lot about this company. My spring wasn't oiled either. My tracks were bent so the door doesn't go down smoothly and left a gap on the bottom. How do I know this? After my motor burned out while the technician was showing me how the door goes up and down, lowest system was $600 which he didn't have on his truck so because of the price of the hinge, I said I'll wait on an installation. Went over to Home Depot, bought chamberlain top of the line with install and spent $553, half price of their comparable unit. This new company aligned my track, replaced the other hinge for FREE and installed my new system. It was like night and day. I can't recommend this company
