Anthony addressed our need to have the torsion spring tightened so that the cables on either side would track correctly on their rollers and support the weight of the door. He was prompt, professional, and resolved the problem quickly. Overall, a great experience.

This was a complete waste of money. I called out the technician to replace the weather stripping on my garage door. After the job was done I was told the new weather stripping that was put on would not sit flush against the ground either. Over $100 for the new weather stripping that doesn’t work and $65 for the call out and I’m back at square one.

Great company to do business with. Our cable broke Memorial Day weekend and a repair tech came out immediately to temporarily clamp the cable so we could open and close the door. We ordered a complete new door and it was installed on the promised day. The same repair tech came and was fast and efficient.

Paul came out within a couple of hours of my call to replace the broken spring on our garage door. He also replaced the end pulleys and door rollers, and lubricated the drive screw. He did an excellent job, and the door operates more smoothly and quietly than it ever did.

Woke up to my girlfriend screaming the door wont open, so i gave precision a call. Friendly on the phone, quick service time (arrived at house maybe 2 hours after call), and the repairman Bill Adamini was friendly knowledgable and did a great job. Paul was awesome. Came right on time, very informative about what was happening and why it wasn't working like I thought it should. Gave several options to fix the problem. Didn't just try to sell me the highest priced option to fix it. Explained how everything worked, how to program everything and how to get help should something come up. Very friendly, efficient and I would highly recommend him.

Zoran Jovanovic is fast, thorough, professional, offers tips and advice on what and what not to lubricate, goes beyond just doing what is needed, is friendly and courteous, always looking to save you money. The lifetime warranties on springs and pretty much everything Precision Door offers with a new installation (had new springs and new garage door wheels etc installed by Zoran about 8 months ago) gives me peace of mind that this garage door is going to last a long time. All I can say is "Thanks" Precision Door and Zoran Jovanovic on a job well done.

He quickly diagnosed the problem with my door opener as defective Safety Eye Sensors and clearly explained my options. He completed necessary repairs and quickly had things working great again. Technician, Anthony Wise, arrived ahead of our schedule timed, with a great smile, and did a great job replacing our broken springs on the garage door. We opted to go with a full rebuild of the moving parts as well, so we could avoid future issues as the door is over 10 years old. I especially liked how courteous and helpful Anthony was in answering all our questions. I also loved the fact that you could tell he really loved his job, a rarity today. We were very pleased with the service we received. We called Tuesday night, and were given a time range (between 10 - 1) for the next day, the name of the person (Bill) who would be doing the repair for us, and then an e-mail confirming everything. The E-mail was especially helpful since my wife was able to see who she should expect. Wednesday we received a call from Bill just before 10, letting us know he was on the way. He arrived on time and immediately accessed the situation. Then he worked up 3 options for us and went over them on the phone with me, answering all my questions that I had. Since my wife was the one there, he also explained everything to her, so she knew what to expect and what was being done. He was very efficient and worked very quickly. When he had finished the repairs - replacing the Spring, Rollers, Bearing Plates, Cables, Bracket, and Lube & calibration - he explained everything on the bill to my wife, so she knew what she was signing for. He also let her know that a copy of - the bill, the evaluation & recommendations and the 3 options - had been sent to our computer for us. And that we would also be given this opportunity to write a review. I would recommend Bill to anyone - very pleasant, very helpful (answering all questions) and an excellent representative for Precision Garage Door to have on its staff. We chose Precision Garage Door from the Yellow Pages because of your same day service and 24 hour availability. Definitely a 5 star rating.
