The technician solved the issue extremely quickly and at a reasonable price. Very professional and honest! He could have easily told me that I needed a whole new system. I wouldn’t have known the difference! Instead, he just replaced my remote buttons and key pad and light bulb. Now my garage door works like a charm!

My 10 year old Genie crapped out following a power surge from a wind storm. I contacted Genie for assistance and they were useless. Called Precision because we've used them before and they were responsive and professional. Again, they were great! Got an appointment the next day and installed a new opener in 2 hours. Bill was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable of the product. And, the price was very competitive. Highly recommend. We will use them again whenever needed.

What an incredible experience. We chose Precision because of their professional presentation on the web. But that was just the start. When I made the call to schedule my repair, the customer service rep couldn't have been more professional or pleasant. Then came the actual work. We were scheduled for between 2 and 4 PM. Zoran Jovanovic called early and asked if he could arrive at 1:30. Early? Unheard of! Zoran was a true professional. He was fantastic with his customer communication and promised that the work would be competed in short order. In this age of COVID, he wore his mask and was very considerate of our feelings about it. As promised, his work was quick and efficient. Most importantly, the final result met our expectations exactly. GREAT JOB Zoran!! And thanks to Precision.

I called the customer service to have my garage door fixed. the coil string was popped off for some reason. Bill responded in a timely manner and was available with less than 20 minutes. he fixed the problem appropriately and did adjust the sensors brackets to fix a long problem i have been struggling with. I always have a comfortable experience with precision door and will always call them if i need them and encourage everyone to use this excellent service
