Called Friday 12/15/23, scheduler was polite and setup for the following day, Saturday, 12/16/23 between 10-12 noon. Job was completed by technician Paul B who recommended some additional repairs that could be updated immediately or would be required in the near future. We upgraded on his recommendation with a 10 year warranty. I havenot selected "service" or "purchased products" because there were multiples of both. The communication, courtesy and professionalism throughout was top notch......and the speed of the service, made this a very pleasant experience.

Al was so helpful and quick to replace the panel that was on back order. He checked over the door and made sure that everything was working great. He also noticed that we needed to replace the bottom strip and had one on the truck to take care of that today. Everything is working and looking great. Thank you for all your hard work and time.

He was here early and took time to go over what was going to happen as the door section was received damaged on the inside, but they are ordering a new panel and will replace that panel when it comes in. Al took the time to make sure everything was working well. He is a great person very professional a true asset to the company.

My installation is scheduled for this Saturday, but I met with the Technician/Installer Paul Broschk this morning to scope out the problems we were having with our present double garage door set-up, and I was impressed.I will have more to say after the install, but if he is any measure of the quality of Precision Door Service, I expect good things.

Paul did an OUTSTANDING job!! He was professional & knowledgeable. Took the time to explain my options. He even came back to me when an issue arose during the install that could have warranted a LESS costly solution than the total replacement we had discussed. I weighed this new option and decided to go with the original plan and felt no pressure from Paul in doing so. Not only is Paul good at his job, he's also a good humanitarian. While we were finalizing the billing process, a neighbor stopped by with an emergency involving one of our elderly neighbors who had fallen inside his home. Paul offered his help without hesitating. He was calm, level headed, sensitive and very kind to our neighbor from start to finish. Ashley, the receptionist, was also very nice & personable as she set up our service appt. All around, a great experience!!

I want to express my appreciation to The Precision Garage Door team for their assistance Sunday (7/24). The Sunday service call helped my family eliminate a huge issue with our garage door. Bill Adamini phoned me before the scheduled arrival time to let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival Bill was a true professional quickly diagnosing the issue and then replacing the components that were damaged. He took the time to point out a few other issues with our garage door that we need to consider replacing and provided us an estimate on the cost to complete that job. He was courteous and answered all my questions. I would rate Bill and the Precision Garage Door team a five and continue to recommend them to anyone in need of garage door repair or replacement.

Chris was very polite and fixed the door quickly. Only reason 5 stars because a touch expensive for an easy fix. Still, the door works and this was better than spending a lot more money someday down the road.

Purchased new garage door opener ....everything but the door on June 6, 2014. Installation was done by Technician Paul Broschk. Repairs and a new battery replacement was done on Sept. 1, 2015 by Mr. Broschk. Couldn't ask for a better product, Technician repair etc - all under warranty.

I would rate Precision Door 5 stars out of 5 - their way of dealing with customers should be used as a model by other repair/service companies. I received a confirmation email prior to the service call which included my technician's name as well as his photo so I could verify who came to my home. My technician, Bill Adamini, called before he came and arrived on time. He was very professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem by using a checklist and provided me with repair options and estimates. Everything was clearly explained using his personal computer which was very helpful. I am extremely pleased with the service that I received from both Bill and Precision and would highly recommend.
