I couldn't be happier with the work Paul from Precision Door did. He went far above and beyond in repairing my ancient solid wood garage door. One of the extension springs broke and I could not find the size that I needed anywhere. Paul sourced the appropriate springs, replaced all the damaged bracketed and pulleys and has it beautifully balance and running better than it has since I owned the house. All while trying to keep costs low as possible. There isn't enough stars to give Paul and his efforts.

I just had a minor concern but they got me in the same day and then my technician, Paul Broschk, called and asked if he could come earlier. Great customer service and the work done was fantastic. Called on Friday morning, scheduled 2-4pm that afternoon Technician (Gregory) called, running ahead of schedule, asked if just after 12 would be convenient, confirmed. Arrived 12:15, inspected garage door springs, gave estimate which I approved, job completed 12:45 (replaced both overhead springs). Fast, efficient, courteous service at a reasonable price! Very satisfied!

Yesterday I could not open my garage door. I discovered it about 11:00. I was worried since I rent out the bottom of my house and did not want to cause problems for my tenant. I had a 4:00 - 6:00 appointment. Much earlier - later that morning or early afternoon I received a call and was asked if it could be repaired earlier! Zoran came and fixed the door in less than a half hour! He explained what went wrong, replaced a broken part and made sure that it worked. He also lubricated the door. I could not believe how speedy the whole process was. Zoran was not only polite, but also friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!

My experience was seamless throughout the entire process, Paul Broschk came out to provide me with the estimate he was honest, professional, provided all the answers to my questions and made me feel comfortable, understood and explained everything thoroughly. Joe Hursky did the installation and was timely, communicative, explain everything thoroughly, professional and very kind. I couldn't recommend this company or team more to anyone looking to replace their garage door. The only complaint I have is that I had to wait a month from ordering the door until it was installed but it was well worth the wait! 10/10 a very happy customer!

Bill came out and fixed my garage door that could only open a small amount. I told him that my neighbors branch fell on the garage and that's why it didn't open all the way. Bill was really nice and said he could fit under the door to fix the door. It was a board that fell making the door not open all the way. Bill was very nice and put long screws in the garage wood so that it wouldn't happen again. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and hire this company for other problems if they occur. Your company has met more than my expectations. I call at 9:40 am for my garage door that broke that morning. A technician was supposed to be there between 12-2pm. Not 5 min later I received a call from your technician Bill and he stated that he had a cancelled appt and that he could be there at 10am. He showed up on time, knew exactly what the issue was, replaced a couple of parts and was done by 10:30. You will definitely be having my business for any future repairs or products and I will be recommending your business to my family and friends. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
