Precision Garage Doors came out to assess and service my garage door lock the same day that I called. Impressive to say the least. Jay (service technician) installed a temporary lock, which gave me peace of mind, then ordered a permanent lock. The permanent lock arrived in less than two days. And, Jay promptly returned to install it. I’m telling you…He was very professional and helpful and courteous in every way. When the job was completed, Jay cleared away all the debris from his work. Brandon was dispatched to handle my garage door issue. He arrived and quickly analyzed the situation and assured me it wasn't as bad as it looked.
