Precision is the best I had another company come out after I forgot that I had used Precision in the past. The company tried to get me to pay double for repairs Precision had already made (good thing I remembered the repairs that were done). After I finally contacted Precision hoping they would have a record of previous repair made they came out and diagnosed the problem. The issue was just the opposite of what the other company stated. As their diagnosis wad incorrect. Precision is awesome and fair with their prices and they put a sticker in my garage so I wouldn't forget who made my repairs.

I had been having problems with my garage door for sometime and was dreading having to get it fix. Well, when I ran into the bottom of the door one morning when the door did not go all the way up; I was thinking that everything had to be replaced including the door itself. I got a great technician by the name of Taylor (very professional and knowledge) that was able to repair the door and replace all the parts and garage door opener within under 2 hours and the door has never worked better. It is so quiet now when opening and closing. I highly recommend Precision Door Service for any garage door work.

My adventure began with Precision informing me that a technician would be at my residence within four hours. Before arriving, Eric called to confirm that he would arrive in forty minutes ... and he did! Upon arriving, Eric informed me that he had researched my records and that my repair was under warranty! Next, he asked me to describe the problem. He quickly noticed that one spring was off both pulleys and the spring on the other side was badly worn. In about a half an hour, Eric replaced, adjusted and tested both springs! I inquired of what was new in the world of garage openers. I found Eric to be knowledgeable, patience and very efficient. I contacted Precision to repair My garage door around 1:30 pm and they were quite busy. However, they assured me that my house would be their last stop. They arrived around 5:30pm. The repairman assessed the problem and stated that it would take about forty minutes. He was done around twenty minutes. The garage door runs smoother, quieter, and better now than it did before my problem occurred. I give them a 5 star rating.
