This morning (02/20/23) my wife heard a big bang upon closure of the driveway as we drove away. Upon return I tried to open the Garage door to see if something heavy fell in the Garage. That's when we found we could not open the door from the outside or the inside. I called over a friend to inspect. He suspected the door spring had broken. Upon inspection he confirmed the same and asked that I call a professional to repair it as it required specialty work. That's when I googled and called Precision Garage Door Sevice at 2408355130. Call was picked up promptly by Ms. Molly who scheduled a Technician named Derrick to repair our door between 1-5 PM with a call back from the Technician within 15 minutes. Derrick came over at 1:50 PM with a call at 1:37 PM. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, courteous and professional. He performed a 25 point inspection and provided me with 3 options for repair. I went with the "Best" option. He replaced the single spring with 2 springs, replaced the plastic wheels with Neoprene wheels, replaced the frailed cable, replaced some broken hinges and reinforced the door. He had the job done within an hour. It cost us $1,153.28 with a 3-Year warranty. He asked me to lubricate the springs generously with my WD40 and the hinges and bearings with a WD40 White Lithium Grease every 3-6 months or when the bearings get noisy. He left a can of a silicone grease for me to use on the bearings and hinges. All told I was more than satisfied with the work of Derrick. I recommend his and his Company's service.

When our garage door stopped working (both springs had broken), I needed help fast. Found Precision through an online search and said "well... I'll just have to go with it. I need this fixed ASAP!". I could not have been more pleased. The entire experience was outstanding. The young lady assisting me on the scheduling call was courteous and answered every question I had. I was able to get a technician to come to my house in less than 24 hours. As soon as I hung up the phone on the scheduling call, I received an e-mail indicating that Anthony H would be the technician coming. The e-mail even included a link to his profile page and reviews from other customers. Anthony was early to the appointment, yet still called me when he was 15 minutes away to ensure that it was OK. He was extremely pleasant and explained everything with great detail, showing me where the problem was, and what needed to be changed. He also showed me which parts he would NOT need to change, as they were fine. I HIGHLY recommend Precision and Anthony H. You have added a new loyal customer. Thank You!

We had an emergency situation with our garage door on a Saturday and Precision sent over a technician named Keith. Not only was he knowledgeable and presented us with all our options but he was courteous and professional as well. He had all the supplies / parts and tools on hand to complete and repair our door. Obviously repairing a garage door is not something one needs to do frequently and this was our first experience with Precision. We would not hesitate to recommend them highly to anyone who may need any type of service they provide. Should we need anything done in the future, we will definitely contact them.
