I was 100-percent pleased with the service Precision provided. I called them late in the afternoon as my garage door was frozen in the up position. They were able to have a technician at my house the following morning. The staff at precision were very responsive and quickly answered any question I had. Although I was at work while the repair was worked, I was able to communicate with the on-site tech, who kept me informed on what was going on. My garage door is now fixed and working properly. I felt the price for the repair was reasonable and I would use Precision again. I will also recommend them to others. Definitely 5 STARS!!

They took my call set an appointment, received a phone call from the tech asking a few questions and telling me the approximate time he would arrive, showed up right on time and went to work, did some adjusting, replaced a few parts and had garage door working great again, the tech was very courteous and a expert at his skills fixing the door while talking to me. They did a great job and will use them again, thank you.
