I called on. Sunday and was scheduled to have someone come in the afternoon. Tito was dispatched to my house and came early. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He took time to explain everything to me as well as explain all my options. He worked very efficiently and then explained all the work done. I would highly recommend Tito for any garage door services.

Excellent experience! Tech gave me a heads up before arrival, was polite and knowledgeable (all around great guy!). Didn’t just repair what was broken, inspected all aspects of the door. Made recommendations (and explained why, but wasn’t trying to “PUSH” an up sell!) Made necessary repairs, but also made adjustments to ensure proper operation and showed me what to do for maintenance to prevent further/future failures. I was looking for a local company that would go above and beyond but wasn’t sure who to call….guess I got lucky! Thanks!

We discussed various options including upgrading a few parts that would have eventually needed replacement. The decisions were made, and work was completed within an hour. I contacted Precision Door to have a broken spring replaced and was pleasantly surprised they had an opening same day. The same day appointment was a big factor into my decision to choose Precision Doors. I was given the price for parts and labor which seemed reasonable and compatible to other places called. The technician arrived timely and was very friendly and knowledgable. The repair was done quickly and the technician took his time and explained everything both before and after and made sure I was happy with the work performed. The only concern / frustration I have is with the pricing. I was quoted $130 for the replacement spring on the phone plus the labor. When the engineer arrived the same part was $250. With the recommendation of two springs for better performance and longevity my costs were $240 more than quoted.
