Precision Garage Doors came out to assess and service my garage door lock the same day that I called. Impressive to say the least. Jay (service technician) installed a temporary lock, which gave me peace of mind, then ordered a permanent lock. The permanent lock arrived in less than two days. And, Jay promptly returned to install it. I’m telling you…He was very professional and helpful and courteous in every way. When the job was completed, Jay cleared away all the debris from his work. I couldn’t ask for better service. I highly recommend Jay and Precision Garage Door Service.

I have selected to award Technician Craig L. Taylor and his team associate Five (5) Stars. To began, they arrived at my home within the repair time window. Also, he called about thirty (30) minutes prior to their arrival. Once here, both men introduced themselves along with their badges fully displayed. The company had emailed me the name and photo of the technician who was assigned the work. Both technicians were courteous and professional. They true examples of the company's true values. In conclusion, they made sure that I understood was needed to complete the work and my garage door would be working and safe. I would not hesitate not one minute to recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to my friends and family. Clearly, I'm a satisfied customer .

1/5/2017 I had a torsion spring break on my garage door on 1/3/2017 and called that evening to have it replaced. I decided to have both replaced at the same time since the original torsions were installed with the garage door opener in 12/2001. My service tech was Anthony Robertson. He was awesome, he called within the time window and gave me an arrival time with in 20 mins. He explained in detail about torsion springs breaking and the process/bill for replacing the 2 torsion springs. It took about 1 hr and 15 mins. He checked the other operation parts of the garage door, oiled the new torsion springs and tested the door several times before leaving. I also received a warranty. It was a little costly to complete but I am highly satisfied with the work and the tech, Anthony. I will definitely use Precision in the future.

The tech arrived on time,and was very professional.But,my problem Was with the amount that was charged,for only a 30 min.job. $350,to rewind a cable that just came loose.Did not install a new One. 2 years ago I had the same work done,and it was less than $300. I will be contacting precision, concerning this,will most likely be the Last time I use there service.

Rating ... 4 .. Garage door was coming down but going right back up ..Set latch so it would stay down . Tech released overhead mechanism and latch. Working when tech left ... but still don't know why we had the problem yesterday. Concerned because nothing was blocking door nor sensor.
