When a spring broke, a friend in Georgia recommended Precision Door. When I read local reviews, our neighbor left a 5-star review. We got a same day appointment and Eric called when he was en route and arrived on time. After he inspected the garage door and its components, it was clear we needed more than just a spring to extend the life of the door. Eric went over options and explained his rationale without pressuring us to go all in, but his recommendations were sound and made sense when we visually looked at the inadequate and/or worn and failing parts. He performed the repairs in about an hour and the improvements were immediately noticeable; our garage door has never been this quiet.

My garage opener failed to close my garage door and it was on a holiday- Fourth of July. I began to panic a little, since I didn’t want my garage door left open through the night. My daughter saw your company online and were able to set up an appointment at noon the very next day. We were able to manually close and lock the door for the night. The technician called, while enroute and was on time. In fact, he had to wait a few minutes for me to arrival. He was polite, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. He explained the problem and did not put any pressure to buy a new opener. I knew my opener was on its last leg. He showed me how to operate the new opener and told my it had a five-year warranty, synced my remote to opener and cell phone, and was on task the entire time. He cleaned up after himself and was simply an excellent installer. I love my new opener and it’s sooo much quieter than the previous opener. Thank you, for a job well done!!
