I chose PGD based on a very chat with one rep late Sunday night, July 9, 2023. The service "chat" person, Chelise, was very helpful in understanding and then assessing my issue. She immediately was then able to set up an appointment for a service rep to come the following morning, Monday, July 10. The service rep, Elijah, arrived on time, and immediately did a VG inspection of the door, assessing the problem and provided three options, ranging from a minimum "fix' (low cost and minor work) to a full-scale task that to me seemed to be the one that would provide the best fix (hopefully) of the door and one that would possibly be a permanent fix. This included new springs, an additional support cross beam, new rollers, and testing of the drive motor action. He executed the work carefully and professionally. He had an excellent work ethic and took great pride in his work. I trusted his judgment, which in this day tends not to be the norm for many workers/service providers. Needless to say, though only a day since the work was performed, I am happy with the result and hope that I never have to call for a major warranty task! Thank you, Warren C. Junium, Jr.

Two months ago, in October, 2018, I had a technician, Keith, from Precision come out to my 35-year-old townhouse in Gaithersburg to replace the springs on the garage door (one had broken). At that time Keith and I determined the garage door opener motor was 27 years old. I decided, on November 30, 2018, to ask Keith to come out again and replace that 27-year-old motor. He was able to come to my house the following day, Saturday, December 1st. He installed a new Lift Master belt drive garage door opener, Wi FI capable, complete with outside number pad and two sun-visor opener units. Since my car is not quite two years old, he set up the garage door opener to operate from my Buick's headliner button. He did all the work, including removing the old opener, track, and inside wall-mounted opener button, in approximately an hour and 15 minutes. I was very satisfied with both the new opener and Keith's installation work.

We are very impressed and pleased with the job performed by technician Keith. He is experienced and well mannered gentlemen. He carefully inspected the garage door, replaced the broken spring, restored the auto garage door opener to it's normal operation. lubricated all moving parts. He made the garage door work just like new. I made the appointment using the online chat function before 7 AM. It worked like a charm. The technician came to my home in less than three hours, just as promised. I highly recommend the Precision Garage Door company.
