With Precision I was able to get exactly what I needed and they were very easy to work with. Both technicians I encountered, one for the initial site visit and one for the installation, were friendly and knowledgeable. I was given an initial time window for my install but Wes, who installed my garage door, called ahead of time that day to let me know a more specific time of when he would be arriving at my house. Wes did a great job installing the door in a timely manner and was very personable and helpful. Because my garage door was for an older building some framing was required to fill in the existing opening and it was done very nicely with handsome results.
