I chose Precision because I liked the fact that I got a live person when I called, and was able to get an appointment scheduled very quickly. I also like that fact that Precision is open on Saturdays. My problem occurred on Friday and it was fixed by Saturday afternoon. The springs had broken on my garage door so I got them replaced. The technician was very professional. He explained to me what my problem was before fixing it. He answered all of the questions that I had concerning my problem. I would give Precision a 5 star rating and would use them again.

Keith did a great job explaining everything to me regarding my garage door service. He took the extra time to explain standard garage door maintenance, and to explain to my wife how to exit the garage if we ever lost power. Appreciated all his work.

He explained all of the details associated with replacing the springs and rollers, and, importantly, why it was best to make those replacements. Also, Keith was exceptionally polite and respectful. Do not always see that from service techs these days. Well done!
