I went out early in the morning to discover that both springs on our garage door were broken. I located Precision's phone number after doing a google search and I am happy I did. They were able to schedule the repair for the afternoon. I cannot say enough positive comments about our technician Keith. He called to let me know when he was on the way. He was polite and professional. He took the time to explain every aspect of the garage door springs, the opener, the rollers, etc. It did not take long to have our garage door opening and closing. He showed my wife and me what maintenance to do as well. Once everything was completed Keith told us to not hesitate to call if we have any problems. My wife and I definitely give Precision 5 stars and would recommend their company to others.
