Great communication with confirming the appointment and arrival time. The technician, Ron, was actually a couple hours early and was very knowledgable, thorough and personable. Highly recommend them!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Started with the office immediately answering my call and prompt scheduling. My technician Elijah showed at scheduled time. He went over my older garage door and determined the needed repairs. He was very friendly and professional, took the time to explain everything to me in layman's terms. He gave me an estimate on the spot and had all of the needed parts on the truck so he was able to do the repairs immediately. My door is now working like new! Thanks Elijah and Precision!

Garage door spring broke in half. The spring and all the hardware is 13 years old. Called Precision the minute it happened late yesterday. They came out this morning and after a thorough inspection they detailed all that was worn with the door hardware and gave me three choices for repair. I picked the middle quote, which covered everything I needed. As they were doing the work, they showed me the worn parts, the leaking bearings and other worn parts. They were extremely professional, their work was excellent and they were very patient explaining everything they were doing. I have been a Precision customer since 1998 and can attest they are the best at what they do. They completely replaced all the hardware perfectly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Not just springs, but replaced rollers, drums & cables.

I would give a rating of a 5, he was on time for the installation and stayed on the job till completion. He explained the usage of the openers and the key pad. He also explained that every six month have them oiled for a longer lifetime of the doors. he was very professional during the entire visit. I would recommended any day.

Perfect experience. Sherman was fast, efficient and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and even taught me a few things about my garage door system. I always enjoy watching any contractor who really knows his business. My initial problem was a broken spring which caused me to have two cars trapped in the garage. When Sherman was finished my 22 year old garage door was operating like a brand new door again.

Still waiting for the call that was promised from the manager on this. Garry game to fix the springs. We decided to replace the door and he gave quote and other information to buy from Presicions. Garry said he woud fix door temporarily for an additional $75 until the door is replaced Paid $140 and he did NOTHING!!!. The door is still the way it was before he came. This is absolute cheating - started even before you get the business. I would like my $75 refunded,
