Brian listened as I explained what happened, thoroughly checked the door, the opener, springs, tracks, and operation. He gave an assessment with full explanation, including that I didn't need to replace items yet just because they're nearing the end of their useful life. In less than an hour he'd replaced the rollers (originals were obviously worn), lubricated and straightened the tracks, balanced the door, and adjusted the tension spring. It works as quietly and smoothly as it did when new, almost 18 years ago! Thoroughly pleased, price reasonable, I'd call Precision again in a heartbeat. Brian's fantastic!
