Review:

I could not be more pleased. The receptionist who answered my call was courteous and knowledgeable; and we scheduled the service call for the next day. I was assigned a technician (Rick G) for next day service. He arrived on time, immediately assessed what needed to be fixed (ceiling attachment support fixture had broken), and found a couple of additional broken hinges that had broken as well which I had not noticed. All repairs were done on the spot. The service bill was actually a little less than I had expected. This is perhaps the most positive service call I have ever had for any repair in 50 years of being a home owner!!
