Philip was wonderful! Arrived on time and was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Replaced the broken spring and the bearing for our garage door within a short period of time and explained the pricing in advance. He did a wonderful job! We are so thankful for his work! Would definitely recommend him!

When our garage door wouldn't open or close, I called Precision and they set me up right away with Barry who was great technician. He immediately saw what the problem was and offered a solution. While he was at it he mentioned the advantages of a garage door rebuild (new springs, rollers, etc.) and the five year warranty that went with it. Since the door is old, I decided to go for it and a little over an hour later he was done.He and his assistant did great work and explained everything they did, pointed out the new material and gave me a quick tutorial on maintenance. It was a great experience and my garage door works like a charm.
