The technician that came to do the job was very polite, efficient and did the job properly. I was surprise though by the amount I had to pay. I reviewed the cost of the supplies used at Home Depot and found that the mark-up was very high. Below is the comparison with my invoice and at Home depot: Torsion spring red : invoice = $249 each, at home depot = $33.99 Neophrene Roller: invoice = $20 each, Home Depot = $23.95 for 10 Torsion Cable: invoice = $178, Home Depot = $12 Drum: invoice = $215, Home Depot = $12.62 It is normal to mark-up, but this is excessive.

The technician was timely, professional and courteous. He rapidly diagnosed my problem and offered a wide range of options to solve the problem. Although I choose a more expensive option for piece of mind and longevity, he dutifully explained less expensive choices for my awareness prior to proceeding. He reprogrammed the garage door opener link to my car in about 5 seconds!

I have contacted the company via their website looking to replace my garage door. And I was on 5 minutes chat with their representative. The website is very well done with a lot of information. And the short chat with the rep was extremely satisfying. During the chat with the rep I was asked when I need someone to come to my house, and give me the free estimate, and I responded with a doubt that someone will come on time requested just 12 hours after the conversation. But they did. Their estimator Mr. James Q. come on time, and was very polite, and experienced. He provided me with all the information I needed, and worked withe surgeon precision- just to defend the name of the company he work for. And I was surprised when 15 minutes later the estimation invoice was on my e- mail, as promised from Mr. James. On this point I have not decided to go forward with the garage door replacement, but I highly recommend this company to everyone who's looking to replace his old garage door.
