Review:

I had a problem with my door over the weekend and it wouldn't close. Was looking on the internet Monday morning to find someone to take a look at it. When I was on Precisions website someone came on the chat and asked if I needed help. I said yes and they said someone could come out today. The tech called when he was 20 minutes away and showed up on time. Sherman did an excellent job of seeing what was wrong and explaining to me how everything worked and what I need to do for preventive maintenance. Excellent job by all!
