The service we received from Precision was great! Their technician recommendations were honest and fair. This time around, I got the garage door opener installed which we were very pleased with the product and service. Last year, we got a garage door install which we were pleased with that product and service as well.

The technician was very professional and right on time, he called me to inform me that he will be at my house in 10 minutes and he was there ready to install my garage door opener between the time frame that I was first communicated. I am very satisfied with the service from the person who took my call to the technician who come over my house. I think it was a little too expensive but considering that it was Sunday and raining it will be ok. Overall I would recommend Precision garage doors to my family and friends.

Philip was very good. My main need was for two more hand-held remote openers, keyed to the same codes as my existing ones, which he brought. He also inspected the door, lubricated it, and did not try to sell me a new door or garage door opener mechanism that I did not need. [This review form should include "inspection" as one of the services. My doors did not have or need a repair]. I subtracted a star because the website lacks an FAQ list that includes these details: 1)a link to the user manuals for the door opener mechanism, and 2) The fact that a non-working remote can be revived by installing a fresh coin battery, and still retain the existing codes. I subtracted a point because the "chat" agent last night was unable to give me info. on those two topics.
