Barry did a great job. He was here when he said he would be and after I explained my problem, he told me just what he needed to do to fix it. The whole thing didn't take more than 40 minutes. I was impressed about his knowledge after only telling him the problem. He offered me three choices of what he could do. After talking with him, I felt option 2 was a good choice for me. If I need service again, I will request him.
