When I called Precision Garage Door my garage door had just broken that morning and would become a major problem quickly. To my surprise, they were able to come out the same day! Brandon did an excellent and thorough job. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and repaired my 20+ year old garage door back to working properly in about an hour. She was able to arrange for a service technician to come to my home to service my garage door that would not open in less than 24 hours. The company service technician, Brandon, diagnosed the problem and shared the details of the resolution to our dilemma with a detailed price breakdown in a very short order. Once he was given the green light to do the job, he completed the job in less than one hour. Brandon made sure every question we asked was answered professionally and thoroughly. He did a great job and I am pleased with the results and the overall experience. I strongly recommend this company to address repairs to a garage.

I needed my garage door keypad reprogrammed, and Precision Door was able to come out quickly, same day. The technician fixed it, gave me helpful hints. Most importantly he found a safety issue that we didn't know about, and fixed that for us. The price was reasonable, great service. Happy customer.

Service call was a waste of my time. My door is relatively new and works fine. Scheduled a preventive maintenance service to fix squeaky roller noise. Instead the tech tried say my door needed the tracks replaced and charged 600.00 then said he could do it for 450.00. Needless to say nothing was done and I was out of 60.00 for the visit.

When my garage door wouldn’t close, I chose precision because your information said you could give 24 hour service. Obviously, that was a lie since I had to wait 24 hours for Service. Then I get service at the expense of $1000.00 only for my garage door to STILL not work. Of course I called and of course I have to wait ANOTHER 24 hours for service because you FALSELY advertised 24 hour service. Not only does it not work, but the technician disconnected the door from my alarm system. The remedy I seek is a refund of some of the cost of the system I paid for that does not work and some to repair the door CORRECTLY!!!
