Please do not use my name for advertising purposes. The same day service and trusted employees were reasons that I called Precision. The technician was punctual, professional, polite, thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. The main problem was a missing set screw in the opener motor, however, after discussing the options I decided to replace the very old motor. There was no sales high pressure. The work was well done on the spot with no waiting or rescheduling. I was pleased with the service and product.

I was extremely impressed by the sales rep, James, who initially came out to help us choose and order a new garage door. We are very happy with the final product but were less than pleased with the broken glass that was left all over our driveway after installation. Luckily we discovered it before our two young children did.
