Mark called ahead and arrived right on time. Mark was able to get the garage door opener functioning. A pin holding the connecting link had become dislodged. He got it back in position then made several adjustments and lubricated opener parts. Thanks

Precision was the only firm available to repair my opener on a Sunday morning in a February. Your technician, David Ackley, was outstanding. It's because of his personality and impeccable work performed that I will henceforth deal only with Precision. He explained all phases of his work step-by-step and all facets about the new garage opener I chose to have installed. All went perfectly. I was totally happy with the work performed and the 5 star service provided me. Precision is quite a fine, efficient and honest company.

Prompt and friendly customer service, followed by an educational and courteous repair job. I needed the cables replaced, which the technician did after explaining his evaluation. He upsold me on better/not damaged pulleys, and I felt confident that he was giving me an honest evaluation, so I went with it. I'd definitely recommend Precision for any service.

When Dave Mackay arrived my garage door was in a pretty bad place. The chain was hanging the springs were rusted and one broken, the bearings were worn out, the wheels were worn out, the sensors were rusted, the opener itself was damaged, it was a complete disaster. When Dave left about 2 hours later it was working perfectly. He installed all new parts and a new opener. He was very professional and thorough. I would recommend Precision for anyone considering a repair and reading this review.

Drew Stewart did an excellent job in a timely manner. He said that it would take him about an hour and it was done within that time frame. He gave us a thorough explanation of how the equipment worked. He also did some lubrication and checked out wires etc. thus he gave a thorough examination of everything. He was also very polite and easy to communicate with.

Dave Ackley called before he came and was right on time. He installed the trim for our recently installed garage doors and did a fantastic job. I've received several compliments on the doors from my neighbors and only wished that I had purchased them a few years ago. My old wood doors needed to go!

Woke up to a garage door that wouldn't open. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get an appointment within just a few hours of calling. The technician (Dave) was able to quickly diagnose the problem, replaced a number of problem parts, and installed a new opener all in 2 hours. Mark called to tell me he way delayed a bit at another customer site. When here, he analyzed both the physical door, tracks, springs, sensors and then checked out the opener. He reprogrammed the opener, gave me a follow up plan if any problem in near future. A very satisfactory visit.

Since I had Precision service my garage door several years ago, I knew they were a very good company. I called them for help around 8 AM, Dave Ackley arrived around 9:30, my door was operational around 10 AM. After discussing the recent problems and the age of this old door, I decided to have a new one installed even though it was working again. Precision fixed the old door and now will put in a new door and I was not charged anything for the service call. Let's see other companies beat that!

I installed an opener myself a couple of years ago. I thought I had done a pretty decent job, too. But when trying to leave this morning, it pulled out of the ceiling and landed on my car! Luckily, no one was hurt and the car not damaged. I knew I had to call a professional to make this right. I searched online and found Precision. I was very impressed with the website, the layout, the easy and effortless access to the technicians' profiles and their customer reviews. I called, and the scheduling was quick and easy. Drew called ahead of time, and he was even early. He was amazing, especially in light of me calling him "Doug" the entire time he was here! (Sorry, Drew! :) He was friendly, knowledgeable, and performed exactly the service that needed to be done. I spent almost 7 hours installing that opener two years ago. I should've called Precision.
