Mark did a good job efficiently and quickly. He diagnosed the problem effectively and corrected it It was helpful that he had replacement equipment on his truck. The electric sensors were not working. Technician (I think he was the owner) arrived even earlier than expected and replaced them, lubricated the tracks etc. Outstanding and unbelievably fast service.

I called Precision to repair a broken cable and was able to schedule for the same day. Drew was our technician, he checked the scope of work needed, recommended replacing rusted brakets to make the repair last longer, and provided a complete cost estimate before beginning work. Drew was friendly, efficient and completed the work in a timely fashion. He also lubricated rollers and adjusted the opener. If you need garage door work, your first and only call should be to Precision! Five Stars!

This was one of the best experiences we have ever had with a contractor. Your estimate was very comprehensive and your service was the best! As you know we received a new garage door and all new hardware. The technician you sent out was extremely competent and courteous as well as knowledgeable.
