Our 20yr old garage door opener was having a mind of its own, so I called Precision( the best in Rochester!) and Drew Stewart showed up on time. He gave me options, I was happy with the belt drive opener - and in barely one hour the old crappy system and sensors/switches were taken out and away and an all brand new unit including everything was installed. The new system is SO much better and quieter, and I couldn't be happier that such a professional company and technicians exist here in Rochester!

You were recommended. Best decision I ever made to call. Had to book an emergency appt at 8 am asking for first cancellation and got a call by 9:15 saying he was on the way. Ron, the owner was excellent. Immediately know what the problem and a total price. OMG in no time spring replaced and rollers too. Every impressive. I especially like the fact that the owner works out in the field with his workers

This was my first time calling a company to repair my garage door. I found Precision on a Google search and called right away after reading the reviews. Service was next day and Dave Ackley called prior to arriving and arrived 20 minutes in to the 2 hour window. Service was fast and pricing was excellent. Dave inspected the door after fixing and offered appropriate maintenance and upgrade solutions, but absolutely zero pressure to purchase additional recommendations. I will absolutely be calling them this summer to put in a new garage door on the house and also on the barn! Thanks for your outstanding quality and service!

Our 21 year old garage door opener finally died. We called Precision and they sent Drew Stewart out within hours. He clearly explained our repair/replace options and costs. We decided to replace the opener with a LiftMaster belt drive unit that has two lights, two openers for the cars, a lighted switch in the garage, and a keypad opener for outside the garage. This unit is a major upgrade from the old one. Despite the very cold temperatures, he had it installed in 1.5 hours, including reinforcing the motor mount, lubricating the rollers, adjusting the spring, and programming the keypad. He did a great job. The door opens much smoother and quieter, and the features of the opener are so much more convenient than the old one. Very nice!!
