Prompt, friendly, efficient! This is the first time I have needed to call since having the opener installed in December 2014. The door would not close for me. Ron (the owner) came the same day I called. The problem was just a minor adjustment that needed to be made. Ron checked everything out and lubricated the parts. I was quickly back in business and I am very happy. I am so glad I found this company.
