Couldn't believe how quickly this company responded to my request for service. The same day, just a few hours after my call. Eric was very pleasant and professional. Unfortunately my door could not be repaired but must be replaced, but as Eric pointed out it is not safe to use in its present condition. New door has been ordered and I look forward to the new installation in a few weeks.
