Just had Zikret Osmic (Z) replace a spring in my garage door and he was awesome! Had every intention of replacing the garage door opener but he assured me fixing the spring would solve my issue, it didn't need a new opener (I had bought one from Lowes for him to install) Z was personable, efficient and knew what he was doing and explained everything he was doing. I will be sure to save his card to request him if I need help again.

Efficient, careful installation of my garage door. There was a small defect in one of the door panels which was identified by the technician who made a round trip to get a replacement. He also identified a problem with the aluminum flashing covering the garage door header which was causing water to collect with potential for rotting the underlying wood.

I requested a quote for a new lift on a single car garage door that didn't have a motorized lift. Drew went through the quote with me and was willing to do the work right away. However, he didn't have the correct materials so he made the 1+ hour round trip to get the right materials and complete the job within a couple of hours. I was extremely impressed. He also happily accommodated a couple other requests I made on the spot. Drew couldn't have been more helpful and personable!

Our garage door cable broke and the door was also falling apart. Ron came out very quickly to give us a quote. I thought it was very reasonable! He was on time and you could tell he was super knowledgeable. He came out on a Wednesday and booked to have his crew install it Monday morning. Chris and his partner (I can't remember his name) just left after installing our door in less then 2 hours! The price was exactly what Ron quoted me. The door looks great and works better than ever! :) They were really nice, professional and thorough. I will be recommending Precision to everyone I know!

5 stars for Precision and Drew the technician. I placed an emergency call just before closing time and Precision processed immediately. Technician showed up and repaired within 30 minutes! A big relief as I, a grandmother from out of state babysitting grandchild for 2 weeks, took a chance by just picking Precision. I definitely recommend this professional service.

I had a rail that had rusted and needed to be replaced. They gave me a two hour window for the appointment and called the day of to narrow the time. The technician who responded was professional, personable and prepared. Not only did the technician complete the required repair, he completed some needed adjustments. Dave Mackay was awesome. We needed an emergency repair, was told he would be there between 5:00 and 7:00 PM. Shortly after 5:00 he was there, ready to diagnose and fix our garage door. I liked that I was given choices on what to replace. One option would get the door working again, the next option included some repairs that would be needed pretty soon (saving the cost of an additional service call), and the third option involved replacing the springs which were on their last legs. When Dave was done, which was quick, he showed me the repairs, explained what was done, and demonstrated that everything is working the way it should. As he was leaving I asked for more of his business cards to hand out to anyone needing a garage door repair. I HIGHLY recommend Precision and Dave.
