I can't say enough, what a pleasant experience we had. Dave, our technician was prompt and professional. His workmanship was excellent. We replaced both of our 25 year old garage door openers and rollers. He was efficient and neat. The communication was excellent.

Great company to work with. This is the second time I've used Precision to service my garage door. Two years ago they were able to fix a broken panel. Today, they provided an inspection to make sure everything was still running smoothly.

Just moved into a new house and found the garage door had a mind of its own. It would open and close whenever it wanted to. I called precision doors because their sticker was on the opener. They came out the next day and stated the opener was over 20 years old and would need to be replace. Felix installed it in an hour and took the time to explained everything. I would recommend them to my friends. Great service.

Precision installed my garage door opener over 10 years ago and have come when called with any issues, they are honest and response time is commendable. They are now installing a new door and I will continue to use them for any issues I may have. My door was stuck due to my cables wearing out. I called at 6:45 pm and Dave was at my house in 30 min and the repairs were done in about an hour. Excellent service and the price was reasonable- I'd definitely use them again.

I've had Precision out to service my 27 year old garage door twice. I got great service at a reasonable price both times. Their representative is capable, courteous and engaging. He explained what needed to be done and what the cost was. Once we agreed to move forward, he was efficient in getting the job done. I'll use them again.

The quick response surcharge was well worth it. Within three hours after my service call, my broken cable problem was resolved, several other problems were serviced, and upgrades to all my springs so that other parts of the garage could not be damaged with spring failures were all accomplished. Great servicemen give great service.
