The cable on our garage door broke and we called Precision. They had fixed a spring a few years back. It was going to be a few days but they got an opening sooner and called to see if we wanted it so were here within two days. The cable was too far gone to repair so they put a band aid on it so we could use the door (sparingly). They presented the options and we chose a new style. It was installed today and looks amazing!!

A friend said he was happy with your service and I should try Precision. I had called the other place that worked on my door in the past and was kept on hold to long and hung up. I was expecting to be told it would be days before someone could come out. For a little extra, they came that day. I had my spring replaced and they put in a second one, to make it last longer, and got new quiet rollers and some other stuff installed.

I had the garage door repaired in 2019 and they did a great job. I need rpair again and the mechanic, (Sadmir Hamzic) found that a new opener was required. He also recommend replacing the chain pully as well as some safety features. He did an an outstanding job and was very thorough in his educating me to all the features and how to operate everything. I am very pleased.

Excellent job! Chris was right on time and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. The recommendations were thoroughly explained along with visually pointing out to me the worn components. He got right to work repairing the broken spring and installing a new opener. Chris had the job done and cleaned up in no time. He then took the time to assist me with programming the homelink car remote as well as the phone app. Highly recommend them to anyone.
