Prompt, friendly, and professional service. The receptionist that answered the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable. The, Dave arrived at the earlier end of the service window and was very friendly and knowledgeable. The company texted me his profile ahead of his arrival so I knew exactly who to expect. I highly recommend tbis company.

The company was quick to respond, came at time they said they would and were very nice and cordial. The service man explained why there might be a difference in charges depending on his need to replace a part of not. He was quick to get to work and got the job done thoroughly. Hopefully it will last a long time now. I was very very pleased and would recommend Precision door from my experience. I did not do any price matching or anything but this was a clean deal: appt, arrives, fixes and leaves w/ no mess or fuss and pleasantly.

Called to get repair or replacement of garage door opener (20+ years old). Was advised it "could be repaired" but since I didn't have the manual and the unit was old and noisy, I decided to get a replacement. Done within 1 hour, by Don. Really nice hand held unit to do "paperless work" and already got the email with the invoice. Too bad they only do garage doors and openers, Just Saying.

I am very happy with the service received. I have a really old and really heavy door and was advised the pros and cons of repairing as apposed to replacing with a new door without being pushy. The door works great and I would highly recommend them to friends. Great job, thanks!

I called Precision Door this week because of all the great reviews I saw and I'm very pleased to say that I can agree with them. Dave came out this morning to replace a broken garage door. He was here when he said he would be and got it taken care of in very good time. I would rate it a 5 and Dave was very nice and even helped me with a battery replacement in a remote. I would definitely go to Precision if we needed anything to do with doors. Donna

The installer -- Dave--- was on time, through and a "pro". He answered all my novice type questions, and was done with the installation in no time. Very impressed with the product as well as the workmanship. I definitely would use "Precision" again. I would give a 5 to the product and to the installation.
