I had Precision install a garage opener last year (2021) because I needed it and they were the first ones to come out and replace my broken opener. I liked the installer so in May of 2022 I decided to replace another garage door opener and requested Felix who installed the one in 2021.

Precision rep showed up the day we called for estimate;he was friendly, informative, answered all questions.( DAve?, Dan?) Today Phil arrived on time, a friendly, polite young man, assessed the work area and got to work. Interacted with us along the way as we had questions. Finished up in a few hours and cleaned up work area . A supervisor came to help with the heavy window, but otherwise this young man worked by himself, productively and efficiently. I would recommend Precision to anyone in need of a door.

The service was amazing! I received both appointment confirmation e-mails as well as phone calls notifying when they would be arriving at my house. Text updates also let me know who I should be expecting. Ron provided us with all the necessary information to select the best garage door for our needs, and actually directed us to a better quality door for a less expensive price than the option we selected online. Felix did a great job with the installation and made sure to check with us if he had any questions about hardware placement. Both Ron and Felix were very professional and provided great service while being mindful of social distancing. I highly recommend Precision Door Service of Rochester!

Learned about Precision Garage Door's from my daughter in Brockport. Drew Stewart came to the rescue today. Awesome, Fantastic, Great guy. Drew knew immediately what was wrong with our garage door. Explained to the fullest what was going on. Drew fixed our door. Also I wanted a new belt driven door opener and he had one in his truck and installed it. If anyone needs a new garage door or opener Precision Garage door's will treat you right. Drew was very polite and very informative. Thank you so much Drew Stewart and Precision. We will be coming back in the fall to purchase a new garage door.

We called to have a spring replaced on our garage door. Wanted to try and get it done before the snowstorm hit us so my wife could park in the garage. Was very surprised at how fast they were able to come out(Within a couple hours). The owner of the company arrived to make the repairs and we were back up and running in no time. Excellent service and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend!

Great, friendly, knowledgeable service. I ended up getting the owner Ron Kull on my call. There were 3 minor issues with my garage door a sensor alignment, a force setting adjustment and missing lubrication on springs, rollers and hinges. I learned a lot from Ron on how to maintain and detect issues. The guy was not looking for a fast buck. He was more interested in making sure I had a good experience and knew how to spot an fix minor problems on my own. If I have any issues in the future, I know I will call Precision Door only. A+ overall grade.

The whole scenario started on a Sunday of all days. My husband was about to leave for work, and I was just getting home from a walk around the block with our baby and one of the dogs. I used the keypad to open the garage, and I heard a horrible snap as the garage door quickly opened a few inches and closed. I tried again, but the door didn't budge. My husbands work car was stuck in the garage, and he needed to leave! We had no clamps to hold the garage door open even if we manually opened it! I happened to remember seeing a Precision truck in the driveway of one of the neighbors as I walked around the block earlier. I walked down the street quickly and approached Dave, who was the employee working on the neighbors garage. I explained our situation, and before I knew it, he quickly swung over to our house, without hesitation, to help get the door open so my husband could get his work vehicle out! I was so impressed with his willingness to help and thankful for him being in the right place at the right time! He took a quick look at our garage door and noticed the spring had broke. We got the business phone number off his truck right then and there, and it was easy to schedule an appointment for that afternoon (with Dave!) When he came over to actually fix the garage door, it was done quickly and neatly. The garage works like new, and we can easily get our cars in and out again! We are so grateful for the quick response of Dave and this company. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service. I'm sure the other employees are as great as Dave, but we're just so impressed with everything he was able to do to help us. He didn't need to help get my husbands car out of the garage in the middle of another job, but he did (don't worry, our neighbor was completely on board with him taking a break from their garage to help us!) keep up the great work, and I hope Dave gets the recognition he deserves!
