We were having problems with our garage door opening & shutting. I called Precision & was pleased that I could get an appointment that same evening. My technician was Dave Ackley. He was able to come two hours earlier than my appointed time which made me happy. Within a two hour time frame, Dave installed a new garage door opener, cleaned up after himself & explained to me how everything worked. I was very pleased & would use Precision again as well as recommend them to anybody.

First, let me mention that although Precision's website says 24/7 service available, when we were locked out due to a non-functioning key pad, the person who answered the phone said that all they do 24/7 is take appointments, they don't actually send anyone out. It was not till the next morning that we actually got to speak with a manager, who was good enough to offer, sensing our frustration a technician at 11 pm that night - no service charge. We appreciate that. The technician who come did install a new keypad and remote at our request, but was not able to satisfactorily answer my questions as to why the keypad suddenly does not work, why the lights in the center just continue to blink intermittently and why I could not reprogram it as per the manual, although he could. It was mostly "I don't know, I have not seen that before". Precision keeps saying they do not provide tech support for keypads on the phone, and this technician was not able to provide much help in person either. Either the keypads are faulty by definition, or the nature of the service provided in maintaining these keypads needs to be improved.

My experience with Precision has met all my expectations. Ron the owner estimated the job, what was notable was his sincerity and honesty, I thought the opener was likely also in need of replacement, but Ron indicated it was fine for now. Next the install (4 days later!!) with Felix. Felix was extremely capable and very focused on getting the job done and done right the first time. To me Felix is dedicated to doing a great job for the customer and loyal to his company. I highly recommend Precision to do your garage door work. You won't be disappointed.

I was skeptical of having someone come in to do a tune-up of our garage door. What would they want to sell me? What was "broken" all of a sudden? But this was not the case. Dave came in, was SUPER friendly, and did not try upsell at all. Because of his honesty and their reasonable pricing, we opted to have a new keypad installed. Precision is a great company and they will be my first call if I ever need anything again!

We weren't sure whether to just replace the broken spring, or both, or buy a new system. After talking with Felix, we decided to replace both the springs for now since the system worked fine. (We only have one working remote control, but we're fine with that for now.) Thanks Felix for helping us make this decision and installing the springs so quickly and efficiently. We will recommend Precision to our friends.

The technician was terrific. He found the minor issue immediately and made the necessary adjustments to get the motor running again. Our door needed replacing. Precision came out the day we called for an estimate. Ron was honest, didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. Their pricing was better than the completion. Ron came back in 3 days and did the installation. Door looks and works great. I would highly recommend them !
