I was very satisfied with the service we received today. Drew Stewart, our technician, was on time, professional, and very informative. Unfortunately, our ~20 yr garage door motor had seized and we needed to make an unexpected purchase of a new unit. Drew explained the different models and then proceeded to install our chosen unit. He explained everything and worked quickly & efficiently, leaving everything tidy when he was finished. He even worked with us to waive the service call since we needed to make such a large replacement purchase, which we greatly appreciated.
