Lock needed to be replaced and the only way to get into the garage was to break a window. Two technicians arrived and they were able to get into the garage without having to break a window. This saved me additional expenses. I am very appreciative of the willingness to explore all possibilities and not taking the easy way out.

I requested a quote at 8:55pm. They called at 9:00 pm and scheduled an appointment for first thing the next day. After the appointment the service (a new spring system) was done that same day.

As a long time customer, I was not surprised by the fast response provided to an urgent issue at my parents house. Mark Sherman was there when promised, did a thorough diagnostic check, and quickly repaired the opener. While there, he also fixed an issue with the remotes and keypad, above and beyond what had been requested. Thanks Mark and Precision Team for another great job!

I would just like to say how satisfied and happy with my experience with Precision.My problem occurred at 7:45 pm. I came home from dinner and my door would not close. It is attached to the house, therefore I would have to just lock my interior door and leave it open for who knows what to get in! I called Persion at 8:00 and by 8:45 Drew was here from Spencerport, my door was fixed and I was introduced to the most knowledgeable, considerate service person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was very professional and very understanding. I would and will recommend Precision to anyone I know who has an issue with their door!

WE have used Precision before for repairs. Our garage opener motor burned out so we called your company. They were able to come out quickly and presented us with our options. We chose an opener and they replaced it in about an hour. I was shown it's features and he was on his way. We were very satisfied.

We had a remote which failed for an opener in a shared garage. Precision responded immediately by replacing the remote without service interruptions for the other owner. We have used Precision Garage Door in our primary residence as well and trust they only do the necessary work required to make the repair.
