We had our new garage door installed today and I'm pleased to say the job was a total success. Our technician, Jon was very professional and knowledgeable. When he was finished, he explained the mechanics of the door, the remotes and security code panel very clearly. He was open to our questions and took time to clarify everything. I am very happy with the new door. It looks great and is almost soundless. I'm very confident we will enjoy and appreciate our new garage door for quite sometime. Thanks for a great job!

This is the second time we have used the services of Precision of Rochester, NY. We chose them again based on our good experience last time. This service call was scheduled promptly and courteously through their website/email, and the technician , Mark, (who had fixed our problem before) was again very professional, friendly and helpful. He gave us simple, clear maintenance instructions to help prolong the life of the door cables (broken cable was our problem) and reduce our need for further service calls. We highly recommend Precision.
