F rom the first call to Precision Door I was pleased from the start. I told them that the garage doo cable broke and needed repair. They said it would be a few days before they could come out, which was fine. They gave me a time and the technician call me that day to let me know when he would be there. The technician was polite and was very pleasant. I have nothing bad to say and would recommend Precision for garage installations and repair.

We were very happy with a few things, very quick to come to our aid, the website made things very clear and easy. Even the invoice was so up to date technology wise, which is very impressive that they are keeping up with communications this way. The work was quick, the technician explained everything we asked, he also removed all debris. We are happy with all the work and with our technician. He was also on time, we like that. Did not interfere with our day, that matters to us also. The invoice was electronic, nice touch, can print or keep on file. All work and items really seems to be toward keeping the customer happy. We really like that.
